烟气中的CO₂提取设备
这种CO2回收设备是以排放的烟气为气源。
烟气在清洗塔内通过循环碱液去除SO2,同时冷却后,烟气风机将烟气从清洗塔输送到吸收塔,在吸收塔内烟气中的CO2被30%MEA碱液和抗氧化剂吸收,在吸收塔顶部的一个清洗单元去除滞留MEA,然后送回吸收塔,残余气体排放到大气中。
CO2富液MEA碱液在进入解析塔前,通过贫/富液交换器预热,经过再沸器进一步加热释放CO2。MEA蒸汽、蒸汽和CO2脱离再沸器流向解析塔,在解析塔内上升,进入解析塔顶部水洗单元,去除残余MEA汽。
蒸汽和CO2离开解析塔进入回流冷凝器,冷却后进入回流桶,分离CO2,冷凝液回流到解析塔,被解析的MEA从解析塔底部经过再沸器通过贫/富热交换器和冷却器返回到吸收塔。冷却后的MEA碱液通过一个旁通活性炭过滤器去除有机物成分,其它存在于MEA碱液中污染物比如热稳定盐和其它关联成分通过再沸器内部回收程序定期去除。
从分离桶分离出来CO2通过气体冷却器冷却和冷凝水通过疏水器去除,CO2气体在经过二级压缩16bar前,通过高锰酸钾清洗塔进一步清洁。
将压缩后的CO2气体在干燥器内干燥到露点-60℃,干燥器通过从CO2冷凝器来的惰性气体也就是相当于不凝结气体冲净系统通过电加热自动再生。
然后CO2气体通过活性炭去除异味。
被净化的和干燥的CO2气体通过列管换热器在温度-30 ℃下进行液化。同时配套氨冷或氟压缩机组。保持CO2冷凝器正确的操作压力。
液态深冷CO2被送到CO2储罐。
The plant is based on CO2 recovery from an external flue gas source.
The flue gas is cooled in a flue gas scrubber where a soda-lye is recirculated in order to wash out sulphur dioxide. An exhauster leads the flue gas from the flue gas scrubber to the absorber. In the absorber the CO2 in the flue gas is absor-bed in a 30% MEA lye and inhibitor solution. A washing section in the top of the absorber removes retained MEA, which is then returned to the absorber. The gas residue is exhausted to the atmosphere.
The CO2 rich MEA lye is preheated in the rich/lean lye heat exchanger, before being pumped to the stripper, where further heating in the reboiler releases the entrapped CO2. MEA vapour, steam and CO2 leaving the reboiler flows upwards in the stripper and enters a washing section in the top of the stripper where retained MEA vapour is removed.
Steam and CO2 leaves the stripper and enters the reflux condenser where they are cooled before entering the reflux drum. In the reflux drum CO2 is separated from the condensate. Condensate is lead back to the stripper. The stripped MEA lye from the reboiler is led from the stripper bottom through the rich/lean lye heat exchanger and the MEA lye cooler back to the absorber. A side-stream carbon filter removes organic compounds from the cold MEA lye. Other contaminants in the MEA lye such as heat stable salts and other chain compounds are periodically removed by boiling ina reclaimer.
The CO2 gas from the reflux drum is cooled in a gas cooler and condensate is removed in a water trap. The CO2 gas is further cleaned in a potassium permanganate scrubber before being compressed to 16 bar by means of a two stage compressor.
To allow condensation the CO2 gas is dried in a dehydrator to a dew point of abt. -60℃.The dehydrator is electrically heated and automatically regenerated by inert gas from the CO2 condenser and thereby acts as a purging system for non-condensable gases.
The CO2 is then passed through a carbon filter for removal of odours.
The purified and dried gas is condensed in a multi-tube heat exchanger at a temperature of about -30℃.The matching refrigeration plant is equipped with an ammonia or freon compressor. The refrigeration plant maintains the correct operating pressure in the CO2 condenser.
The liquid deep-cooled CO2 is led to an insulated storage tank.
